WHY
ONLY DELIVER TO BEDS, HERTS, BUCKS, CAMBS AND NORTHANTS?
This is
the only way I can look after my customers properly! Every scooter,
powerchair and rise and recliner chair that you order will be delivered
by a trained member of staff (not by a courier), fully assembled
(not in a box) and checked over to make sure every function works.
If you wish to order and are outside of these areas, please call
before ordering.
WHY ONLY SELL PRIDE SCOOTERS AND POWERCHAIRS?
In fact
I don't only sell pride products, I have an account with all the
major scooter manufacturers. I have found with my 6 years experience,
that not only do pride have the best products, but the most reliable
ones to. Which makes life a whole lot easier for me and more importantly
you. If you do want a specific scooter that is not listed, please
feel free to call me and i'll give you my best price.
WHAT
HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE ORDERED A SCOOTER OR POWERCHAIR?
Once you
have ordered I will phone you and arrange a convenient time and
day to deliver your product. I will give you a 2 hour slot in which
i promise to deliver. This means you don't have to wait in all day
for someone to show up, if I fail to deliver in this time slot,
I will give you a free rannoch rain cover worth £35.00.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE ORDERED A RISE AND RECLINER?
We will call you and arrange a convienient time for delivery. This
will be delivered and assembled for you, in your home in the position
that you choose. Then we will run through all the controlls of the
chair and make sure you are happy and confident with the product.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE ORDERED A WHEELCHAIR OR WALKER?
These will be delivered direct, boxed from the manufacturers, unless
I am passing your area and can drop it in to you. I will call you
to inform you of how it will be delivered.
WHAT
ABOUT WARRANTY
Every scooter, power chair and rise and recliner I sell comes with
12 months warranty. If your product goes wrong, I will try to fix
it by talking you through a few simple procedures over the phone.
If we can't fix it that way, I will personally come out and repair
your product and if it is a warranty issue it will be absolutely
free. Not like a return to base warranty you find with other internet
companies.
WHAT
IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?
In the
unlikely event that you should feel the need to complain, we will
try our best to reach a satisfactory resolution for you. Please
e-mail to customerservices@skymobility.co.uk should you feel this
necessary.
Please note Sky Mobility does not take any responsibility for accidents
occurring when driving on a scooter you have purchased from us.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the scooter has
been assembled securely and tested before taking the scooter out
in public.
VAT
EXEMPTION
All prices quoted on this website exclude VAT. A high number of
our customers are registered disabled, and as such are entitled
to claim VAT relief under VAT group 14 of schedule 5 to the V.A.T.
act 1983. Once an order has been received, we will send you a declaration
to sign, and email/fax/post back to us.
If you are not
registered disabled, or do not wish to claim VAT relief, you will
need to pay the VAT on the products/services at the current rate
17.5%.
RETURNS
POLICY
If there is a fault or damage with your product on delivery please
contact us within 48 hours of delivery to yourself. Call us on 0800
988 4654 and we will discuss this with you.
If you feel the product you have ordered is unsuitable for your
needs, please feel free to call us and we can discuss the options
available to you.

disclaims damages of any kind, compensatory, direct, indirect or
consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or
damage to property and claims of third parties implied or otherwise
relating to use of this site. Price and availability information
is subject to change without notice. Any rights not expressly granted
herein are reserved.
Your
statutory rights are not affected by the forgoing.
